I bought a beatpack but haven't received the files.

If you haven't received your files within 5 minutes, double-check the following: (1) your spam folder, (2) check your receipt—does it say the transaction is 'completed' or is it still 'pending'? Otherwise, you can reach out to Business@ransombeatz.com and I'll send you the files manually.
